I can understand exhaustion from the sheer effort of concentration required to repeatedly channel the various schools of magic in the case of healing a large group, and I can understand simple exhaustion not unlike that of a triage surgeon who is quickly patching people up and moving along. Â But I'm not entirely sure how this could incapacitate a healer "quickly," unless they were doing something very, very wrong.
