If you're RPing an active, out and about Garlean you're gonna have a bad time. Considering there's about 100,000 Highlander players who would kill you at first sight just for being Garlean.

Also, it was my understanding that the Garleans were pushing for all out war. I don't think they'd send an envoy to try and broker peace.

Regardless, the first statement is my personal opinion, and the second I could just be flat out wrong.

And also once more, feel free to take this post and throw it right out the window. It's you're money that's paying for the game so to hell with my advice if you should so choose!
