I tend to think that female Elezen are actually rarer, personally. I have a female Wildwood as my main and a male Duskwight alt (who needs RP contacts, btw). Elezen are definitely my favorite race in the game, and I do wish more people played them. They are quite lanky, but I personally find them rather elegant.

But the lore thing? Only applies to Wildwoods. Duskwight lore is sadly thin.
