I tend to try and stick as much as possible to the ingame classes/jobs.
Ronberku had quite a few changes between blacksmith and gladiator over his growing years.
He started as a blacksmith at a young age due to his parents running a smith. Before joining a squad and changing to learning the ways of the sword(gladiator). Only to end up taking both blacksmithing and gladiator. Although he tends to prefer using only a sword and no shield. He will still use a shield if he needs to prepare going into a battle. So I guess he leans more towards a fencer.
That said, if ninja ever is implemented. I'll be sure to find some way or excuse to make him learn it. But blacksmithing is something that is set in stone for him and will always be there.
