It would highly depend on your character's personnality. Charlie was in Limsa shortly before the calamity, she might have come selling stolen goods after her crimes there would have been wiped after the calamity (she was then known as a thief). But Charlie is a crazy violent merciless pirate, so if someone would ever dare to set foot on her ship that someone's certainly dead, or part of her crew. So if she released someone, she would need a very good and interesting reason to do such =3
