The screenshot in the patch notes showed a series of ???? entries and the one moused over had a "Complete this achievement to unlock" subtext, but I'm wondering if the item-use ones are just going to be listed as "Use Scroll of 'Tenacity' to unlock" thing. At work, can't check, also curious, going stir-crazy.
Pessimism says that they're likely crafted with Masterworks IV Alchemy.
My hope is that they are obtained through "rare" (hopefully more common than original atmas) drops from dungeons and maybe fates, one or two star crafts at the highest, maybe even some gathering ones... Perhaps even retainer ventures?
Achievement ones would be fine, too, I guess... Maybe...
