Just a quick update. I have most of the data complete and nearly ready for presentation. It's going much faster than expected and I mostly will need to just get everything coded into a census page for final presentation. I predict to be done by Monday/Tuesday.
I have run into some issues with the primary source of income question. A high number of individuals wrote in something for "other," even though many of these clearly fall under a broader category already given. For example: "Thief" or "Crime lord" fall under "underworld dealings," not "other." This was pretty common for other categories as well (such as "writer," etc). I'm thus tallying these under where they belong, which means manually redoing some of the statistics in this category. This is causing a bit of a hold up on my end. In addition, there appears to be enough of one particular category (possibly two) that were written in and may be given a full category outside of "other."
