Have a series of conversations between different denizens about your character. Use written notes, or actions done in public. Weave together a profile from bits and bobs, perhaps with a disclaimer that it's in a limited narrative. Buck the system. Do something that works for you. Zhavi Streetrunner Cost ya t'keep me quiet.
