Role-playing takes time and a lot of effort. I always feel like I'm just repeating what everyone has mentioned but it's true. Good story and characters take time to build.
I saw your FC but as a person who plays an honorable free paladin, I felt as if it was missing something. Perhaps you can include Light PVE elements for group content like dungeons. I know the FC companies my characters joined do some scheduled content that is live in game. Whether it be savage Alexander runs or just some old primal grinds.
Offer to balmung some kind of other reason to join aside just RP. Give a chance to play in a completely ooc enviorment so they all can get to know you. At least that is my two cents.
