I'm going to have to agree with what others have said about the FC page feeling a bit niche. Going to go over a few points from what I saw.
I can understand a unique primal being summoned, but "coming into this world" seems off. It has to be based on certain circumstances that seem reasonable to lore. It's 'people' must have summoned him into the world, not him just 'coming' into the world on its own. It's people would had to have collected crystals or another means of power to summon it, and either enfuse the desires of the summoners into its persona, or having to have been an actual person beforehand. Shiva and Thordan(plus crew) don't follow this embodying, but they had the power as well as the prayers/desires of their followers (heretics and citizens of Ishgard respectively) in order to transform into primals. Shiva was able to do it without the powersource she used initially, but it was due to previous experience and wasn't nearly as powerful.Â
The followers were always present so you would have to work in what the followers were doing before the summoning, where they gained the powersource for the summoning, and why the followers summoned this Kuji into the world in the first place.
Also having the other nations 'find out' about this power rings very Naruto-ish to me with the tailed beasts being kept hidden inside a medium and the nations trying to control them whilst getting rid of the other jinchuriki (your difference being that it is hidden within crystals). I feel like most people aren't fans of that show so that might turn some potential recruits away... Also nations aren't seeking out primals, heck they are afraid of them. Only the Ascians desire to manipulate them for their own ends (and Garleans to an extent with Ultima Weapon), which you could totally tie that into this. Say that Ascians are seeking out and trying to control this primal rather than nations, and make a plot involving Ascians.
Giving the followers special powers seems too much like powerplay to me. No primal has done that to my knowledge. You can't have the primals power be hidden within crystals, be untraceable, AND being able to bestow such powers on people that follow the primal. There has to be flaws or else it's hard to build RP off of a perfect system of protection and power. There has to be a connection between the primal and the follower for such a power to be maintained, and that connection should be able to be sensed by anyone that can sense aetherial signals. Maybe tone it down to being able to sense other followers and give some room to RP to develop all of your character's skills rather than it being bestowed on them.
Also stating that it's based on Soul Society twice is a little repetitive. In addition, not everyone has seen that show so you should describe what that entails in terms of structure as well as purpose. Also writing your character's whole profile in a FC post seems really off, like I can understand putting a link to your RPC Wiki page, but a whole post just on your character? Big nono to me.
Now I'm not saying to scrap the whole idea/concept, but some changes should be done to make it more appealing for newcomers. I think this concept can work and I hope it does for you and your members, just have to put some work into it. As for RP FC plots, you can do a myriad of things:
1. The power used to summon Kuji. What was it and does someone else try to use it? (villain plot)
2. Having Ascians trying to manipulate this primal (can have people Ascian-alligned outside the FC be a part of this too)
3. Looking for more followers that may have lost their way.
4. Kuji getting corrupted and having to restore it back to it's normal state.
5. Crystal(s) being stolen.
There's quite alot that you can do and once you start to develop a story, people will be interested in it (especially if you do plots in public where passerbys can experience it firsthand). Good luck!
