I agree that the best way to find RP is to start RPing. You don't need to have another player to start RP. React to NPCs and things other players around you do. People might not respond but you might be surprised.  There was a meet and greet posted on the site. Not sure how that went since I wasn't able to attend. Keep an eye out for stuff like that. You also might want to try to set something like that up or mention on this site a time and place when you are going to be RPing.
