So Chouwa's been dealing with chronic medical issues since the ambush in January. Namely nasty headaches and nerve pain. The one thing that kills both of her pain effectively is fogweed.
While I could npc the drug dealer, I thought it would make for some interesting interaction as well as potential character growth if another player character was the drug dealer.
In short, I'm looking for someone who sells fogweed.
The only things I really request is that the dealer is discreet and that the weed isn't laced with the harder stuff. Other than that, anything goes.
