Alternatively, click on your name up the very top of any page, then User CP, then the number of your posts in the YOUR ACCOUNT SUMMARY section.
This is your best bet. Alternatively (yay for options!), you can go to your profile page (not UCP, but your actual profile page that is publicly viewable), and click on the "Posts" or "Threads" tab to see your most recent posts.
