So those names you see pop up more often are simply names that have been around for a long time. Because of that, Khloe Aliapoh and Jihli Aliapoh aren't necessarily even closely related. They could be hundreds of years removed from each other. So if you want to use those names, don't feel like you even have to stick to any lore that might be there for them.
