It can definitely be pretty overwhelming versus forum RP. The biggest difference is that in an MMO, you're now a part of a living, breathing world. When you're offline, the stories are still in motion and the characters are still developing. This brings the world into a life of its own, of course, though it can be a little overwhelming if you don't have a lot of time to commit (if you're away for a month you can come back to some pretty drastic changes).Â
Regardless, once you have a good feel for the character you'd like to use most, you can use the Making Connections forum here on the RPC to hit the ground running! Best of luck over on Mateus!
