Long time FFXIV player, old hand at roleplaying. Been playing the game for a couple of years now and while my interest in it hasn’t waned I thought I’d try to combine it with an old hobby to try something new and hopefully find a new way to enjoy the game. That and I need a break from weekly tome grinding every now and then.

I’ve admittedly been out of the roleplaying habit for about a year now, I was based on dreamwidth so old games closed and I had a lack of interest in the new ones opening, and I’ve never roleplayed through a game format before but I want to give this a try. I have had a look around FFXIV’s RP community in the past but I never managed to quite find the confidence to attempt it.

Anyway I’ll be running a Xaela by the name of Naqu Qestir for anyone who happens to be on Mateus. Looking forward to hopefully seeing some of you around.
