That's kind of defeating the purpose of leaving it open ended. Â Until it's defined it's full of possibilities. Â It could have been bought, it could have been salvaged, could be one given to him by a friend. Â All sorts of things it could be until it's defined. Â Could be the property of someone else's character weaved into backstory later that doesn't exist yet.
There's a power, as a storycrafter, with leaving things undefined.
