There is no "best" server. There is only what's best for you. All in all, the people on every server are going to be relatively the same. That's not saying they are the same exact individuals (though there is a good bit of overlap between the Balmung and Mateus playerbases), just that people are always, well, people. You'll find people who want the same things as you and people who don't. You'll find people you think are "good" role-players and people you think aren't. You'll find people who are friendly, and people who are jerks. They exist on every server, in every community, probably in equal proportions taking the populations into consideration. You just need to pinpoint what it is you want, and what you feel is an obstacle in getting that, and decide whether you think it would be easier for you to find you're looking for in a large, established, and closed community like Balmung, a medium-sized and growing but potentially temporary community like Mateus, or a very small and minority RP community like those on other servers that aren't usually recognized for their RP scene.
