So just letting you all know. My Legacy character fled from the battle. So he did not get teleported.
This is actually debatable, and we won't know for certain the full impact until release. While most characters forget you, not all do. I won't say more than that for fear or spoilers, just know the lore already provides loopholes in the setting.
The ones that DO recognize/remember you have the Echo.
