I've actually been feeling a bit like this as well, as there are just... Miqo'te everywhere! Â I'm personally trying to ignore that, because in the end, even if there are cats roaming everywhere you look, I'll know that's what I wanted to begin with (and will feel dissatisfied having been pushed away from what I wanted due to numbers alone). Â This game doesn't seem terribly alt friendly, but I'm probably going to have a little Lala girl for those times I need to not be Miqo'te number 809 (not that Lalas are rare either).
That said, I think it's worth hearing the other character if you'd feel just as happy in Elezen skin. Â Now's the time for the overhaul. Â But personally, I'd advise playing what you want, regardless of what others are doing around you.
