Ooooo a fun thread.
What... is in your character's bag?Â
X'sato travels extremely lightly, and as such only carries a few days ration (extremely light rations at that) of no-perishable foods, a couple potions, a novel for when he's bored, and a few feet of cordage. He leaves much of the bag empty just in case.
What do they consider essentials for survival?Â
Other than food and water (both of which he could find out in the wild), he considers the decently sized knife he keeps on him at all times and the few feet of cordage to be essential. If he is ever separated from his spear (how rare that is), with the knife, cord and a branch; he can make a rough spear. A decent weapon can net you food and he can find water. Â
What are their keepsakes that push them forward?
He has a necklace that his parents gave him before he left to fight in the Holy war.
How much room is there for things to collect from the wild?Â
Plenty. Not enough to fit everything he might find on his travel, but enough to fit what he deems the most important.
How much Gil would they carry on their person?
Very Little. Much of his gil is left in his home, hidden.Â
If they have a chocobo they would haul...?
For being the son of a Chocobo merchant, he doesn't own a Chocobo.
What kind of things would they leave behind?
Most of his gil, casual clothing, non-essentials.
What would they discard that you currently keep?
90% of the trash loot. X'sato is only really interested in crafting armor on the side, so he doesn't really have a need to carry around so many animal pelts or anything like that.
