
As Runa settled onto her chair, she took a long moment to scan the tavern's occupants before finally turning her gaze back to the barkeep. "A water would be fine, thank you," she replied simply when Abai's attention moved back towards her. Runa's tone was polite and formal but hinted at weariness.
