Honestly, I voted to cut the miqo'te because the concept pitch is my least favorite. From my past experience, "mental issues from upbringing" is something of which I'm wary, as it often ends up being "Melodrama Machine" despite (or sometimes because of) the best efforts of the player. Also, depending on how broken that character is, she may end up not being a lot of fun to play in the long run.
That said, I think all of them could be interesting characters, so you should pick the ones that speak to you most.
