Arcanist in Phase 4?

I've heard that Arcanist itself will only be able to heal Carbuncle, and when you shift to Scholar, it somehow changes your DoTs to HoTs. It honestly makes the best sense, that way summoner still has DoTs from Arcanist, but the only thing that changes will be the Carbuncle summons turning into the mini Primal summons. So if that's true, in the duty finder Arcanist will be DPS, but Scholar will be Heals. Basically what FreelanceWizard said above me. I close my eyes, and pray it a dream.
