and it would depend on how they pull off the dragon race, if it look more like a Bangaa then not so much, would have to choose the Viera for sure then.
However, in a strait battle between miqo and viera I would have to pick the Viera(but only if they are the awesome fran version). On that note, since miquo are already very established in lore, I don't know that adding Viera would work well.
