Regarding RP experience: I grew up on the internet and RPed regularly for my preteen and teen years in the Redwall, Animorphs, and Dragonriders of Pern fandoms in chatrooms, MUDs, and mostly play-by-email. Â I RPed a little in FFXI, too, in the Midgardsormr server, but I stopped playing FFXI maybe a year-and-a-half after launch because I was in college by then and realized I was gaming all the time instead of making friends. Â I haven't really RPed in about 8 or 9 years, but I've written some fiction, off and on, for fun. Â I tend to be a campy writer and not take myself too seriously.
I do some light RP with a friend who plays Guild Wars 2 with me (I am a bossy professor and he is my malleable student... projecting real life much?) but that's all I've done in recent years. Â I am really excited to get back into my teen hobby with my experience and perspectives as an adult.
