Ugh. I pre-ordered the game and they gave us a receipt but it didn't have a pre-order code on it, we had to go back up there and get on their ass about it and they almost didn't give us our codes. We had to basically force them because it was their mistake. Just tell them you want a reprint of your receipt, which should have the code on it.
