So my character is, among other things, a conjurer/botanist type with an interest in seedkin. I know there aren't any mandragora minions in the game (right now... *crosses fingers*) but I was wondering if it would be possible for him to have one ICly as a pet/companion/research subject.Â

This is all I've found about them in FFXIV:ARR, but if you've discovered anything from quest lines I'd love to hear it. (May need to put in spoiler tag.)

Also in some of the games they've been in, Mandragoras have been docile until attacked, so it stands to reason that some might be open to interacting with some of the more gentle / trustworthy humanoids they encounter-... Right?

Basically he might carry the mandragora around in a pouch, maybe it could help him out by crawling into small spaces and collecting moss? Simple things like that. I also like having a source of occasional humor, since my characters tend to be a bit on the "serious" side.
