Welcome to RPC! 1) For the red text, it is shout. This I believe is seen area wide. 2) To move any of the windows, hit escape, then there will be an option to rearrange your HUD. 3) I do not have one yet, but I believe you can get one once you are level 20 and have joined a Grand Company. 4) A Linkshell is like a chat channel, and a Free Company is basically a guild.
