I found it. My bluray player software on my computer's crap, but when I put it in my PS3 I could use the pop-up menu. It's in the extra section. There's a helpful little note in your case, less helpful for the fact that it's in Japanese, that tells you to use the pop-up menu to access the other stuff. So... yay.
