Does Balmung have an OOC channel for RPers?

I know Gilgamesh has the CoalitionOOC - does Balmung have anything similar?  I've tried shouting in the cities but no reply. I haven't quite decided which server to go to, but after seeing a ton of Level 50s running around in their final job gear on Gilgamesh I figure there really isn't much difference now. Show Content P.S. - For JeanNevermind, think I'm going to go with Gilgamesh, my first impression is that there are more open people on Gilgamesh (especially the OOC channels). Give me a poke though if you made it to either Gilgamesh or Balmung)
