There is an OOC Linkshell (Europa) for arranging RP and similar stuff. It has grown to the point of having to start a second one to fit everyone in. There are also at least two Free Companies that I'm aware of: Eorzen Union - Doesn't have an entry in the Linkshell Hall but is discussed in this thread The Travellers Guild
