Kieaira's ears twitch with each crack of the mans' knuckles, and she sunk down in the chair a bit more, she contemplated ordering another mug of cream, but she really didn't want to drop anything else today, so she simply went without.
"I've never seen -you- either." She remarked softly, not really looking at Aartur. She moved a finger to start following the wood patterns of the table, keeping herself busy so she wouldn't have to look at anyone.

Suddenly she wished she had brought her book down from the room she had rented upon her arrival, then she could bury herself in her notes and no one would have paid even the slightest bit of attention to her... but it was no use wishing and thinking what if.
