Oh my I have been in this situation way too many times! Unfortunately, if I had already gotten to 30, there is no way I'm rerolling now in this game. Leveling takes pretty long and by then I've invested too much in my job and or classes. If you're not feeling a guy sometimes I suggest switching over to an alt for a few days. This happens with me when I spend 100% on my time on the same character. I started critizing my main like Should I have named her Loki?
 But I don't like her nose. Which really, they don't have sliders and or much customization in FFXIV (Sorry but it's the truth compared to other games) so you're always going to find someone that looks somewhat similar to you anyway. I've had this most recently with my Rogedlyn. I LOVE her look but her name Chasing River seemed unique at first. Until I met five other Rogedlyn with the name River in it. Then all of a sudden I felt less unique. I really love that race and want to play it with a passion and I've got my warrior up to level 15 already. Do I scrap it or do I just tought it out and learn to love the name again? Make it my own?
It's a decision that's ultimately up to you. If you want to spend the time and effort to add everyone to you're friend list again (they really need to fix the whole you have to be online thing, man is that making it even more complicated!). Â Honestly I'm still debating on my Roe, and wondering if I should change her name to Chasing Sunrise. Also still waiting on that appearance change kit. Do you know if you can only change one character or all of them? I guess I have yet to hit a month because I haven't got one yet.
