It was a frustrating situation. K'nahli seemed to brush off the matter as if it was unimportant dust. Perhaps her mood was due to her own concern for her tribe? K'mih wasn't the smartest Miqo'te around, she was very aware of it herself, so she couldn't figure out if her older sister was hiding something or if perhaps she genuinely was in a strange mood.

Her words were cut short by a loud sound that startled her, making her turn quickly in its direction with scared, wide open eyes.
