Hello everyone!
We're off to a great start! So far we have a few people lined up for Bartenders and Security personnel. I wanted to post better guidelines on staff roles, but please note that these are merely suggestions and I encourage staff members to be creative and open to improvisation:
- Bartenders - Mix drinks!
- Security - Be the muscle at the party and handle rowdy (hopefully in-character) guests.
- Escorts - Providing escorts from other zones and possibly tours around the town.
- Activity Organizers - Handles the open stage, announcements, and other activities.
- Merrymakers - I figured this staff member could be just like any other guest, but instead be more proactive with engaging newer RPers or people not having anyone to talk with since it's no fun feeling left out.
I intend to keep the staff responsibilities as creative and light as possible so they can still enjoy the event. Of course, everyone is welcome to switch things up during the event if they would like to do something else or just feel like being a guest. Please let me know if you have any questions!
