The water directly around the toad were a dark murky colour, almost black as the toxins drained from the toad, tainted most of the water. However ... not far away was a small pool of water that was blocked off from the rest by a sand bank that would be clear as the sky.
Kieaira winced as she heard the two men arguing and she looked up watching as Tobias was hit and walked off to find the chocobos. This isn't going very well at all ... I should do .... something....
With a sigh she pulled herself up out of the sand, her navy blue clothing littered with little brown specs of sand, but she didn't bother to wipe it off, instead she rushed to catch up with the driver. "C-can I help?" She murmured gently placing a hand upon his arm.
The driver whipped around, nearly knocking Kieaira onto her behind, a scowl upon his face. "O-Oh!" He said suddenly startled. "It's you ... I'm sorry." He reached a hand out to help steady the Miqo'te, whose face was now a bright red, and a look of shame crossed her features. "Sorry ... I thought you were..." His sky-blue eyes shifted off in the direction Tobias had went. "Never mind... Here." He pulled out some gyshal greens and handed them to Kieaira. "Don't go far, keep the caravan in sight, just what we need is missing passengers." He smiled at her briefly, though it was clear he was still angered, and walked off trying to follow chocobo tracks.
Kieaira turned and walked back to the caravan, the greens in hand, trying to figure out how she could help if she couldn't go out of sight. Finally an idea struck her, she could, at the very least, pick up the cargo that had been spilled.
She went to work right away, picking up boxes and bags and placing them back into the cart, pausing for a moment to see what the others were up too.
