I'll probably start it up as a LS to start with and then turn to a FC once there are enough people. ICly I'm sure we can find a way for those with affiliations elsewhere to be involved too. Right now I'm mostly trying to gauge interest before I jump in with both feet. Its encouraging to see so many responses so fast.
