Hiname seemed to be rather following and talking. It looked like she was not paying attention to anything around her, though she was clearly aware of the things happening around her, she just decided to focus on the matters at hand before being distracted. Things went just a too good way currently.
"Well I gathered a lot of money, saved every last gil I could get my hands on from my own little business. Recently, I closed up my little forge and went to the bigger city of Gridania, paying nearly all my money to open up a big guild center and buy the needed equipment. It will be ready for opening in a couple of weeks, but to make this plan flourish, I need others. Crafters, salesman, guards... Man and woman capable and able to work for the anvil."
She had a slight smirk on her face as she reached in her bag and waved with something that looked like.. A blueprint?
"Theory is all but through and done. What I need are worthy employees now."
