K'ile Twinflame walks out into the courtyard, immediately looking up to stare at the towers around him. He turns in a slow circle,, muttering, "What do they even do with buildings this big?"
K'ailia Yohko: They live in em.
K'ile Twinflame snaps his gaze up to K'ailia and smiles, "There you are, little woman! You know your way round Ul'dah pretty good, huh?"
K'ailia Yohko: Aye. This is my favorite spot ta think.
K'ailia Yohko channels the element of air, and drifts down.
K'ile Twinflame watches the act without comprehension, but accepts what she did without question. "What's got you thinking? Or shall I play at guessing?"
K'ailia Yohko: The tribes future. My future. An... my ma...
K'ile Twinflame crosses his arms in front of him for a second, "Do me a favor and forget the tribe for a few minutes. Let's talk about you and your mom."
K'ailia Yohko nods slowly.
K'ile Twinflame waits a moment to see if K'ailia will volunteer anything, and then prompts, "You two do keep busy while you were waiting for K'haali and me to show up?"
K'ailia Yohko: Aye... I've been doin' some studyin' an' a lot o' thinkin'...
K'ailia Yohko: but my thinkin' got me in trouble... ma hates me now.
K'ile Twinflame cants his head to one side, and his ears twitch, "How d'ya figure?"
K'ailia Yohko: She slapped me an' said she is no longer my mother.
K'ile Twinflame waves it off, "Ah, that don't mean she hates you. That's just gettin in fights. Always happens with moms round the time you start being an adult. What'd she slap you for?"
K'ailia Yohko: Well... it be kinda a long story...
K'ailia Yohko looks slightly annoyed, "This used ta be such a quiet spot..."
K'ile Twinflame: Usually that's something people say before they tell a story that actually takes around a minute.
K'ailia Yohko: Can we go... somewhere more quiet?
K'ile Twinflame holds up a couple of coins, "Your m,om gave me these. Said they'd buy food. That a thing folk do in Ul'dah when they're talkin?"
K'ailia Yohko smiles, "aye, but I aint very hungry."
K'ailia Yohko: I know a good place ta go though.
K'ile Twinflame pockets the coins, "I'm not hungry either and don't know a thing around here. Lead on."
