Might I ask what server you played on in WoW? I had the chance to hop between a few (Twisting Nether/Wyrmrest Accord. but I settles in Steamwheedle cartel.)
Any who! if you'd like, not sure what you have in mind, i'll go so far to say as why don't you roll your characters on different servers? Maybe on on balmung and one on gilgamesh? get a feel for either community maybe? Another good place to look when deciding where (or if) you'll have your main character is the linkshell hall! (its along the top bar.) two good examples of Linkshells are
