Well if you want to wait longer the cheapest it could get is 4 mil, 15 mil, and 50 mil. That's waiting the 90 days for the normal .14% devalue to 50% the original value.
At least this is what I believe will happen as we've been given no indication that the normal devalue system will be removed from the housing system with the new prices.
