I'm not going to pick apart your reasons for leaving (as much as I can't understand it! - but I'm one of those crazies who stayed since 1.0 OB and did nothing but RP when the game was terrible because I loved the world), but I am curious what you mean by specifically: "but the further design decisions and continued sense of being not really useful to...well...anyone or any stage of the game has rendered my decision."
