Second time it happened, it locked my account from getting paid for 30 days. So basically, in order to get around the lock, I had to buy one of those game time cards and input the code to buy some Crysta. But then that gave me an error so I had to contact customer service so that they were able to manually put the Crysta in my account. So yeah...the payment system is great!
