This is interesting. If I may make a suggestion though, for combat, you can use rolz.org and make a dice room with all combatants in it so that everyone can see the dice rolls instead of having to take it on good faith. It's what is used for the dice-combat in the Grindstone tournaments.
Edit: I should add that my character Jana Ridah, will be on the "Hero" side. She's an adventurer and might need to be hired IC, but is more than happy to go up against Garleans!
