You might have to set up your account with the device thingy. I'm not really sure where all the stuff is for it (I haven't played around with their website much, things have changed since I set up my account back in 2010, that or I've forgotten everything), but if it's not letting you in first thing is to see if you can recover username/password. If your email is registered with them then you should be able to get the information sent, if not then just register. Hopefully someone who is more learned than I will come along and offer other pointers, but for right now that's your best immediate option with what limited knowledge I have.
