Hey there! I think a lot of people are a little hesitant on IC recruiting, as they don't want to seem pushy and annoying to the people they RP with. Not to mention, if their character is not a leader or officer in their FC, they may OOCly or ICly feel it is overstepping their bounds to recruit new members. However, if you find an FC you like and ask the leader for a way to ICly recruit your character, they would be happy to oblige! Furthermore, you could always lead the RP in that direction yourself (ask the character if they're in an FC, ICly inquire about the details and if they're currently recruiting, etc.).Â
