Effing Character Creation Issue

Ignacius Ignacius Find all posts by this user Sledgehammer Posts:443 Joined:Feb 2014 Character:Orleans Ignacius Server:Gilgamesh Reputation: 56 RE: Effing Character Creation Issue | #9 05-01-2014, 07:20 PM Update:  It's been almost a month.  I've been religiously checking, every day, whenever I log on, to try to create my second character.  Not a single day has gone by that I've been able to, and Orleans is still my only character.  This is a little frustrating, as I wanted to start another character for RP purposes. What is a LOT frustrating is that I checked to see if there was a way to contact SE for advice (or to complain) and it seems like their online help center has been down for almost a week. Is there a specific time or day I should check so I can get a spot?
