I don't mean which would make more sense in terms of levelling. I mean which of the two backgrounds do you think would work better given the prerquisites I've already created for my character's personality, the way she would react to each, etc. assuming that whichever city she spent the first 15 levels in IC may influence her decisions on some things. I have all three leveled to 50 in OOC sense, but for IC, only one or two can be selected.
