At first blush, I found myself agreeing with you, but upon further thought... no, I don't really agree. I made no statements as to the tendencies or personalities of RPers. In fact, if anything, I argued against us developing such a definite self-image! Had I made general statements about the RP community, there'd be a clear parallel, but as I haven't... There's no real basis of comparison upon which a contradiction could be founded. I feel that my points remain undiminished.
